CHILDREN’S POLICY

Children under the age of 18 should be strictly prohibited from using our services without the consent of their parents or guardians. However, it must be noted that Tekmedia has no way of knowing if a visitor or customer is actually under the age of 18. Even though we collect all the information regarding our clients, we still advise all parents to monitor the usage of internet at home and make sure consent is given before any information is being disclosed.

Price, Payment and Currencies, Minimum Order Value

The buyers are responsible for all kinds of applicable taxes, including the taxes applicable in the territory to which the goods are sent. All payments made in advance and the full payments will be taken at one go for the contract to be in force and payment after delivery is not acceptable. The buyers need to undertake that all the details provided to the seller while ordering are accurate and its delivery will be correct. In some cases our minimum order value will apply. Usually between AED 150 to Min AED 400/-. Delivery and vat charges are extra.

PAPER

For Business cards, our standard gsm is 350-400 gsm. All Business cards will be supplied in thickness range depending on the source of availability of paper. For Flyers and Posters, Coupons the paper shall be in the range of 150-170 gsm.

VAT

The UAE government has introduced VAT of 5% from 1January 2018. VAT will be applicable on all the goods and services in the UAE.

Payment Methods

All purchases are requested to submitted with an approved payment mode. The following are the approved payment methods from which you can choose as per your convenience.The options are listed below:-

Certain circumstances are beyond our control and therefore we are not covered or give any guarantee. Please note that we are not responsible for the following situations:

Atleast 50% payments in advance to be made before starting the order. In case of delay in advance payment, we are not responsible for delay in Delivery.

A. File Submissions

After artwork is confirmed we have no responsibility.
Mistakes made by you on spelling and numbers
Low quality of the images that you uploaded on our site or send by email, whatsapp and wetransfer file.
Design errors or color selection errors happened in the artwork file created and submitted by you.
Mistakes made by you regarding product type, size, finishing options, or quantity.
Incorrect dimensions, image orientation, or file submission in accordance with specifications.
Web colours are different from print colours hence variations are possible.
Incorrect file layout for folding, scoring, hole drilling, die cutting or other custom services.
Note Web colours and CMYK colours are different and there may be colour variation between 7-15%.
We cannot guarantee some colours as we are printing in Bulk quantity and cards are printed in group.

B. Shipping and Delivery

Wrong shipping address, undeliverable packages during delivery attempts, or other errors made by you.
Damages to the products arising after the delivery.
Lost your product after delivery to the given delivery address.
We have all the right to get back the original order before starting reprinting or refunding your order.

C. Shipping and Arrival Times

The shipping times can vary, and Tekmedia web assumes no responsibility for delays caused by our shipping carriers. In certain cases your order may arrive late due to breakdown of equipment.
Orders that exceed the 30 day grace period will be discarded.

Once customer confirm artwork and confirms order, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances and full payment has to be made.
